At UnitingSA, we recognise Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Australians.
We acknowledge their ongoing custodianship of the lands and waters on which we live, work and pursue our reconciliation vision.
We recognise the Kaurna people as the Traditional Owners of the Adelaide Plains. It is upon their ancestral lands that UnitingSA was founded.

We began in Port Adelaide in 1919 to respond to the needs of the local community and have grown to support people across metropolitan and regional South Australia.
